Eating disorders are very common but can be overlooked and misunderstood. They can affect people of all ages and can come in many forms. People struggling with eating disorders are often blamed, shamed, and can feel a vast amount of guilt. This practice offers an alternative approach to eating disorders by creating a treatment team and utilizing techniques from CBT, Mindfulness based cognitive therapy, yoga, and DBT to aid in changing behaviors and garner better body awareness.
Those diagnosed with high functioning ASD and Asperger's Syndrome are arguably one of the most misunderstood population in mental health. If you are struggling with interpersonal relationships, reading social cues, and expressing emotions so that others are able to understand, this may be the place for you to finally find some guidance and support.
Therapy offered is not an ABA program and patients must be verbal to participate.
Throughout life, we all face losses. Sometimes we are able to manage these losses on our own, in time. However, sometimes people struggle for long periods of time or feel a greater level of depression and loss of function than others and may need some extra guidance and support in processing the loss.
Unfortunately, there are lots of expectations to go back to work after a short bereavement period and "get back to life" that can cause loss to feel very isolating and more distressing. This practice can help you process the loss and get back to your daily life through grief specific therapy.

This is for patients who do not need help with a mental health disorder and is different than psychotherapy. Each person is different and each plan will be custom tailored to your specific goals and needs.
